STEP 1- SIGN UP
As the first step, you need to sign up to the KwikFunnels Customer and Admin account access. Once you confirm the sign-up and make payment, an email will be sent to your registered email id for verification.

STEP 2- EMAIL ACTIVATION
Next, you need to login to your email account and verify your email id which will further activate your account and let you log in to the :
STEP 3- UPDATE PROFILE DETAILS ON CUSTOMER DASHBOARD
Now, you need to set up your KwikFunnels customer dashboard by filling in your profile details like your email address, account password, contact information., etc.

STEP 4- ADD AND VIEW YOUR DOMAIN
Now, you need to add your domain to our platform which also means pointing your “A” records to our IP address. We have a complete and detailed process listed here in the tutorials.

STEP 5- LOGIN TO ADMIN DASHBOARD
Next step is to click on the green button on your customer dashboard or directly login to your Admin dashboard to customize your e-commerce website

STEP 6- ADD PRODUCTS
Adding products is one of the primary steps you need to follow to kick-start your eCommerce business. To add products, you need to go to:
Campaign > Product > Create new

- PRODUCT ATTRIBUTES
Product attributes are the characteristics of a raw material or finished good which make it distinct from other products. Attributes include size, color, functionality, components and features that affect the product’s appeal or acceptance in the market.

- PRODUCT CATEGORIES
A product category is a type of product or service. Product categories are typically created by a firm or industry organization to organize products. This can include a hierarchy of categories that resemble a tree structure. To add product category, go to:
Campaign > Product > Product Categories to distinguish categories for multiple categories. You can specify the Parent Category/Sub-Category accordingly.
STEP 7- CREATING PAGES
The next step is that you need to create new pages to put or map your products into. We have a huge template library for different types of pages. To create a page, go to:
Campaign > Pages > Create new
Next, you need to select a template from our many custom-made templates as per your need for sales page, affiliate, upsell, squeeze page, checkout page, thank you page etc.

These are some primary types of pages for which you’ll find plenty of templates in our library:
- Sales Pages
A sales page is a standalone page created with one specific purpose in mind, to secure sales for your product. The product or service you’re selling on your page can differ depending on your industry or niche. However, the purpose of your sales page remains constant – getting visitors to convert into customers.
- Upsell Pages
An Upsell is a sales technique where you entice a customer to buy more by offering something else of value. You can do this by providing upgrades, expensive items, or other add-ons to their purchase to increase the dollar amount of the entire purchase.
- Affiliate Pages
Affiliate programs, also called associate programs, are arrangements in which an online merchant Web site pays affiliate Web sites a commission to send them traffic. These affiliate Web sites post links to the merchant site and are paid according to a particular agreement. Pages created for this purpose are called affiliate pages.
- Squeeze Pages
A squeeze page is a landing page designed to capture opt-in email addresses from potential subscribers. The goal of a squeeze page is to convince, cajole, or otherwise” squeeze” a visitor into providing one of their most sought-after and coveted pieces of personal data: the email address.
- Checkout Pages
Checkout page is an eCommerce term that refers to any of the eCommerce website pages shown to a customer during the step-by-step checkout process. It is an online equivalent of a physical checkout counter in a grocery store where a consumer pays for the chosen goods
- Thank You Pages
As you‘re probably already aware, a thank you page is a page you redirect visitors to after they opt in for a bonus on your site (or in other cases, such as e-commerce, making a purchase). Often, its purpose is to give visitors a link to the lead magnet they opted in for and to, well, thank them for signing up.
All other pages which aren’t covered already in our list, fall under “Others”. We have plenty of templates for this category as well.
STEP 8- CREATE AND VIEW A SALES FUNNEL
Before we head out to understand how to create a funnel, lets first understand what a funnel is.
The sales funnel (also known as a revenue funnel or sales process) refers to the buying process that companies lead customers through when purchasing products. It is essentially the set of steps a visitor needs to go through before they can reach the conversion. The goal of a funnel is to create a highly automated system that is measurable at any point in the customer journey.

For creating a live funnel, go to Campaign > Funnels > Create New for making a new funnel, select your domain for the funnel, name your funnel, select main offer page, select the product for the funnel, select checkout/ one-page checkout page, select thank you page, define FACEBOOK PIXEL id, and click on create funnel to save the settings.

STEP 9- MANAGE STORE LAYOUT
Manage store Layout feature is used to enable same layout across your entire store. If you have several products, you can use this to enable a uniform layout across all product pages. Read this article to know more about what is “manage store layout”:

STEP 9- QUICK BUY SETTINGS
Quick Buy is designed to give users a quick and easy-to-use tool for selling products to clients without leaving the schedule interface. Quick Buy Settings can be enabled when the customer is directed through funnel system. To enable the same, go to:
Campaign > Quick Buy Settings > Enable

STEP 10- NAVIGATION
This feature is used for defining pages to Menus. Menus define the categories on your homepage like Products, Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, About Us, etc. You can define the pages which will show up under these categories on MENU

STEP 11- ALL PAGE MAPPING
You can use this setting to edit the page mapping to a domain. If you have multiple domains registered on KwikFunnels, you can change the page mapping through this setting. Click here to see how you can see and edit your page mapping:

STEP 13- 1 PAGE CHECKOUT
A one–page checkout displays all elements of a standard checkout including basket contents, billing and shipping address, shipping options, and payment information on one page. Originally, one–page checkouts were put into practice in an effort to simplify the checkout process with fewer clicks and fewer pages.

There are many ways you can customize a checkout form like adding images, buttons, videos etc. and dragging and dropping widgets which you feel may work with it.
Form Emails contain the email id of customers who have moved up inside the activated funnel but haven’t yet reached the final stage i.e., buying the product. You can use this feature on the admin dashboard of KwikFunnels to check and further conversation with these customers.
STEP 14: MEDIA
Add your media files like your pictures, videos, audio files, documents etc. to your media library with this feature. Refer to this article to understand how to add and view media files in your library:
STEP 15: COUPONS
You have the option to create your own custom discount coupons for your website which you can customize as a fixed product discount, fixed cart discount or percentage discount.Apart from it, restrict the usage of coupon in terms of minimum and maximum order value, exclude / include products and categories for coupon usage, and usage limit per coupon. To enable this setting, go to:
Campaign > Coupons
STEP 16: ABANDON CARTS
Abandon Carts lets you see the discarded add to cart orders on your website.
STEP 17: SETTINGS>
Social Proof button when enabled, will show pop-up notifications with messages of social proof (Customer and location details for a specific product) which have been composed in advance to attract customers to buy products. To enable and customize, go to Settings > Social Proof and there you can edit the customization accordingly. Click here to understand how to enable social proof on your website.
In this section, you can check and export your reports for further analysis. To check the social proof clicks by date and clicks by product rate report:
Go to Settings > Social Proof > Reports
For Payment Gateways, we have PayPal, Stripe, Instamojo, Paytm, Axis Bank, PayUMoney and Razorpay gateways available for us. You can select either of these and define your API Credentials of the same on your KwikFunnels account to enable payments being credited directly to your account on the selected gateway. We also have sandbox testing feature to test mock payments before you actually start receiving payments.

For integrating your dedicated E-mail Marketing strategy, we have Aweber, Mailchimp, Get Response and Active Campaign gateways that you can link to your KwikFunnels account through the API credentials and key. You can register with any of the above for your opt-in email marketing strategy and integrate the same with KwikFunnels.

Analytics and Pixel
Integrate your Google Analytics and FACEBOOK Adverts by saving the credentials here on the KwikFunnels account. This feature will enable you to view your Google Analytics and FACEBOOK Advert ID reports on KwikFunnels Dashboard. Click below to see how to set your google analytics and Facebook pixel details:
Enable Facebook Chat through integrating your FACEBOOK page and WhatsApp Floating widget through integrating your WhatsApp number in this feature. To enable go to:
Settings > Social Integration > FACEBOOK Chat/ WhatsApp.

Store Settings feature defines the physical store address for your business if any. It also defines the selling and shipping locations that you can define as per your feasibility. You can also define the price currency that you want to display on your website.

This feature will enable your shipping settings for your website through Shiprocket. You can integrate your shiprocket account to KwikFunnels and maintain your shipping records through KwikFunnels dashboard. To Enable, go to settings > Shipping Integration
Add Payment Discounts
This feature will enable you to pre-define your payment gateway discounts for Paypal, COD, Direct Bank Transfer, Cheque Payments etc on fixed value or percentage value basis. You can edit all details and text box reflected under the discounted price through here. To enable, go to:

Orders > All Orders
When you receive a new order, it will reflect here. To access go to:
You can export your order reports date-wise from here in the desired format as selected. To access go to Reports > Orders > Export

View your order report graphs from here based on gross sales / Coupons used etc. To access, go to Reports > Orders Report
You can view your active funnels performance and views on pages through this dashboard. It primarily shows you data according to Earnings, Orders, Visits, No. of Customers and below you can see the most popular pages and the numbers in graph form. To access go to Reports > Funnel report
This will show you the collected emails if you have a squeeze page running on your domain. You can henceforth export this email list and communicate with these customers accordingly.
